"Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called Excellence Garage Doors and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."
"Woke up to a loud bang from the garage and found one of our high-tension springs snapped clean through. Car was trapped inside and I needed to get to work. Called Excellence Garage Doors and their technician arrived in 35 minutes with fully stocked high-cycle oil-tempered springs on the truck. Quoted me a fair upfront price with zero surprise charges. Door was balanced, lubed, and running whisper-quiet in under an hour. Outstanding local service in Albuquerque."
"The door was making violent rattling noises every time it opened. Excellence Garage Doors diagnosed worn-out steel rollers and misaligned track brackets. Upgraded us to 13-ball sealed nylon rollers and did a full 25-point safety inspection and lubrication. The door now glides up and down so quietly you can barely hear it inside the house. Honest, punctual, and top craftsmanship."

By presenting American-made torsion hardware packages with published flat-rate replacement pricing, Excellence Garage Doors performs an honest 25-point physical inspection and demonstrates the exact failed component side-by-side with you. This protects you from aggressive technicians using fear-mongering tactics to push unneeded motor replacements for a worn $15 gear, ensuring giving you complete control of your home budget with zero buyer's remorse and full pricing clarity.
When undersized counterbalance systems placing severe mechanical strain on your expensive opener motor threatens your daily routine, our master technicians micrometer-measure wire gauge, calculate exact IPPT torque ratios, and custom-wind new coils with solid 1-inch keyed cold-rolled steel torsion shafts supported by sealed radial industrial bearings, resulting in guaranteeing silent, balanced operation year after year with zero spring sagging or loss of tension.
Showcasing C.H.I. Planks contemporary horizontal faux-wood plank doors with sleek minimalist offset windows, Excellence Garage Doors custom-fits factory-finished architectural sections and integrates decorative iron strap hinges and handles. This completely replaces a plain utilitarian garage facade occupying 40% of your home's front view without making a statement, ensuring combining bespoke architectural beauty with commercial-strength thermal protection and effortless function.
When business operations suffer from failing an annual NFPA 80 fire door drop-test inspection and facing urgent municipal shutdown penalties, our specialists saw-cut new inductive loop detector lines in concrete pads and calibrate gate sensitivity. Relying on Viking Access Systems and LiftMaster CSW24U heavy-duty commercial automated gate actuators, ensuring flawless access security and uninterrupted traffic flow for commercial fleets and gated communities.
Acoustically engineered around powder-coated low-friction silent track assemblies with precision flush-mount splice collars, Excellence Garage Doors recalibrates motor logic curves to implement buttery-smooth soft-start and soft-stop braking. This puts an end to an old chain-drive opener vibrating ceiling joists like a freight train every time someone comes home, so backed by Excellence Garage Doors's Whisper-Quiet Sound Guarantee: if it squeals or rattles, we re-tune it free.
