"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from G & G Garage Door walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
"We replaced our outdated builder-grade doors with a new R-16 insulated carriage house door through G & G Garage Door. From initial measurement to final installation, the entire team was communicative, tidy, and punctual. The crew removed and hauled away our old heavy door and completed the job ahead of schedule. Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."
"Our facility warehouse roll-up door was binding at top clearance and stalling the motor. G & G Garage Door dispatched a commercial service team within an hour. They serviced the counter-balance springs, tightened the guide tracks, and adjusted the limit switches. Reliable, licensed pros who know commercial overhead hardware thoroughly."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Elyria
Rather than tolerating repeated service callbacks caused by disposable aftermarket parts that bend under seasonal stress, our master technicians micrometer-measure wire gauge, calculate exact IPPT torque ratios, and custom-wind new coils. Centered on solid 1-inch keyed cold-rolled steel torsion shafts supported by sealed radial industrial bearings, permanently insulating your Elyria home from unexpected garage breakdowns and repeat repair bills.
Elevating curb appeal begins when our master installers remove outdated panels and install structural aluminum framework with hairline seam alignment. By banishing thin non-insulated stamped steel doors that look cheap and vibrate every time the wind blows through C.H.I. Planks contemporary horizontal faux-wood plank doors with sleek minimalist offset windows, turning 40% of your home's exterior into a breathtaking visual centerpiece that sparks neighborhood envy.
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever chronic breakdowns on high-traffic commercial parking gate arms cycling hundreds of times every afternoon: that is why G & G Garage Door replaces bent 3-inch commercial track sections and installs heavy-duty structural steel jamb guard angles with Viking Access Systems and LiftMaster CSW24U heavy-duty commercial automated gate actuators, restoring full freight dock velocity and warehouse logistics throughput with zero lingering downtime.
By integrating Amarr sound-deadening thermal sandwich panels featuring integrated composite hinge liners, our technicians laser-align the horizontal tracks to completely eliminate wheel bounce and panel chatter. This permanently dampens harsh metal clatter and chain slap turning simple arrivals into a deafening domestic disruption, guaranteeing 10 full years of silent operation with zero messy black grease dripping on clean cars.
When uninsulated single-layer steel panels radiating intense outdoor freeze or heat directly into your home drives your energy bills skyward, G & G Garage Door retrofits triple-layer insulated sandwich panels with patented non-conductive thermal breaks. With Tsunami Seal commercial-grade industrial PVC garage threshold water and draft barriers, leaving your home energy-certified, weather-hardened, and protected against harsh seasonal blizzards or heatwaves.
