"The door was making violent rattling noises every time it opened. K C Overhead Doors diagnosed worn-out steel rollers and misaligned track brackets. Upgraded us to 13-ball sealed nylon rollers and did a full 25-point safety inspection and lubrication. The door now glides up and down so quietly you can barely hear it inside the house. Honest, punctual, and top craftsmanship."
"Accidentally backed into the bottom panel while in a rush and bent the vertical track outward. Feared we would need an entire replacement door, but K C Overhead Doors was honest and showed how reinforcing the bottom strut and straightening the guide rails would restore full function safely. Saved us over $1,200 compared to other quotes. True integrity."
"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from K C Overhead Doors walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Murfreesboro
Rather than tolerating corroded low-tensile wire coils losing tension prematurely and making the door feel like 300 lbs, our installation team installs solid cold-rolled steel shafts and machine-reams all hinge sleeves. Centered on heavy-duty 11-gauge graduated end stiles and tamper-resistant bottom corner safety fixtures, backed by our written Craftsmanship Certification and documented on-site balance test.
Elevating curb appeal begins when K C Overhead Doors laser-levels headers and frames low-profile horizontal tracks for an ultra-clean interior look. By banishing a plain utilitarian garage facade occupying 40% of your home's front view without making a statement through Amarr Carriage Court steel overlay doors with custom cross-buck decorative wrought-iron magnetic hardware, backed by our White-Glove Installation Standard: perfect reveals, spotless cleanup, and free opener sync.
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever failing an annual NFPA 80 fire door drop-test inspection and facing urgent municipal shutdown penalties: that is why our crew re-slats damaged rolling steel curtains and straightens wind-lock guide channel assemblies with DoorKing (DKS) multi-tenant cellular cloud access controllers and in-ground vehicle magnetic loop detectors, delivering 100,000 cycles of continuous heavy-duty service under the most punishing industrial environments.
By integrating LiftMaster 87504-267 DC belt-drive operators equipped with integrated noise-dampening chassis, K C Overhead Doors swaps out clanking drive chains for steel-reinforced polyurethane timing belts. This permanently dampens an old chain-drive opener vibrating ceiling joists like a freight train every time someone comes home, ensuring smooth, silent morning commutes without disturbing family members or next-door neighbors.
When daylight visibly streaming through perimeter gaps where warped vinyl trim fails to seal against jambs drives your energy bills skyward, our team replaces rotted wood jambs with composite rot-proof trim integrated with co-extruded vinyl flaps. With UV-resistant dual-durometer co-extruded vinyl perimeter jamb seals with extended flexible flap reach, backed by K C Overhead Doors's Draft-Free Weather Barrier Guarantee: zero water puddles, zero leaves, and zero whistling drafts.
