"We replaced our outdated builder-grade doors with a new R-16 insulated carriage house door through The Door Doctor. From initial measurement to final installation, the entire team was communicative, tidy, and punctual. The crew removed and hauled away our old heavy door and completed the job ahead of schedule. Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."
"Our facility warehouse roll-up door was binding at top clearance and stalling the motor. The Door Doctor dispatched a commercial service team within an hour. They serviced the counter-balance springs, tightened the guide tracks, and adjusted the limit switches. Reliable, licensed pros who know commercial overhead hardware thoroughly."
"The garage door jumped its track and was hanging crooked at a terrifying angle with cables tangled on the drum. Called The Door Doctor's emergency dispatch and someone was at our driveway in 45 minutes. The tech secured the door safely, replaced the frayed aircraft cables with 7x19 galvanized line, and realigned the vertical rails. Highly recommended for emergency repairs in Roanoke."

Transforming your exterior starts by addressing tired, yellowing sectional panels that make an otherwise beautiful home look dated from the curb. our architectural specialists install deep-embossed steel carriage collections with precision perimeter weather seals with Wayne Dalton Model 8300 classic steel doors finished in rich Ultra-Grain walnut wood accents, backed by The Door Doctor's 10-Year Factory Finish & Workmanship Warranty protecting against UV fading and rust.
Built to withstand an accidental forklift strike crushing bottom sectional panels and ripping vertical tracks off the wall, our commercial division The Door Doctor conducts certified NFPA 80 rolling fire door drop tests and certifies governor release mechanisms using break-away impact bottom dock sections designed to flex and reset upon forklift collision. This guarantees delivering 100,000 cycles of continuous heavy-duty service under the most punishing industrial environments.
