"Accidentally backed into the bottom panel while in a rush and bent the vertical track outward. Feared we would need an entire replacement door, but The Doorman Service Company was honest and showed how reinforcing the bottom strut and straightening the guide rails would restore full function safely. Saved us over $1,200 compared to other quotes. True integrity."
"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from The Doorman Service Company walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
"We replaced our outdated builder-grade doors with a new R-16 insulated carriage house door through The Doorman Service Company. From initial measurement to final installation, the entire team was communicative, tidy, and punctual. The crew removed and hauled away our old heavy door and completed the job ahead of schedule. Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Kent
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever failing an annual NFPA 80 fire door drop-test inspection and facing urgent municipal shutdown penalties: that is why our industrial technicians install high-lift track modifications to clear forklift overhead mast clearance with break-away impact bottom dock sections designed to flex and reset upon forklift collision, keeping Kent businesses operating smoothly with 24/7 dedicated commercial priority dispatch.
By integrating Marantec Synergy Series ultra-silent direct-current drive heads engineered for rooms above garages, The Doorman Service Company performs an acoustic isolation overhaul, decoupling motor hangers and truing track gaps. This permanently dampens an old chain-drive opener vibrating ceiling joists like a freight train every time someone comes home, guaranteeing 10 full years of silent operation with zero messy black grease dripping on clean cars.
When daylight visibly streaming through perimeter gaps where warped vinyl trim fails to seal against jambs drives your energy bills skyward, our certified crews install heavy-duty aluminum retainer tracks and custom-formed bulb astragal seals. With Clopay Intellicore R-18.4 injected closed-cell polyurethane foam cores with continuous thermal breaks, leaving your home energy-certified, weather-hardened, and protected against harsh seasonal blizzards or heatwaves.
Restoring rapid vehicle access starts when our certified crew The Doorman Service Company safely de-tensions the lifting mechanism and executes an emergency track re-alignment. By eliminating a loud metallic boom echoes through your home as a snapped torsion spring locks your garage completely shut with Genie commercial-grade quick-release carriage kits and heavy-gauge strike brackets, getting your day back on schedule without lingering door shudders or track binding.
If you have ever worried about family members locked outside without keys or waiting for someone to drive home and let them in, our technicians mount wall-side operators, program illuminated wireless keypads, and test battery reserve cells. Backed by LiftMaster 87504-267 smart belt operators with built-in 1080p camera, two-way audio, and myQ app control, giving you real-time smartphone notifications every time your door opens, closes, or detects motion.
