"The garage door jumped its track and was hanging crooked at a terrifying angle with cables tangled on the drum. Called Thunder Mountain Door & Window's emergency dispatch and someone was at our driveway in 45 minutes. The tech secured the door safely, replaced the frayed aircraft cables with 7x19 galvanized line, and realigned the vertical rails. Highly recommended for emergency repairs in Juneau."
